I had ordered a necklace in Flipkart.com.It took a long time to get the current tracking updated in the website.It showed the item was out for delivery.So I took leave in office as there was no one in my house to receive the parcel.At 6 pm,I got a message from the courier company that the delivery was cancelled as road near my house was flooded with water.But there was no flooding in my area.When I contacted the customer care,they did not give a good reply.At last I contacted the CEO and I received a call from them saying the item will be delivered tomorrow morning itself.At last the item was delivered.
