Please dont opt for One Day guarantee service if at all you are ordering from Flipkart. They are not capable of keep up their promises. My order No is OD40405044397
I ordered a product worth of Rs.32000 and I wanted to get my order delivered to me in a day. So I paid extra 90 rs to get my order delivered to me in just one day. But at the end FlipKart failed to deliver the order in one day. I think Flipkart is not capable of delivering the order in just one day. Its a fake promises given to customer just to collect that extra money from the customer.
The worst part is all their customer care executive are well trained on how to lie to the customer. Floor Supervisors are even more worse. These supervisors are not even fit be junior customer service executive. God knows how they have been promoted as Floor Supervisors. They sound like recorded audio system. Bharat shetty and Darpan Pathar are the floor supervisors with whom I had a conversation and looks like they both are masters at lying to customers.
