Flipkart- Company of thieves. Review on Flipkart

I ordered a Xiomi Mi4i   ORDER ID-  OD003147449620071200

through flipkart.

From day one when I received the phone it has the basic issues like phone was getting hanged while doing the settings, The phone feels like an Iron placed on your ears as it gets heated so much.

My replacement request got rejected 1st but thanks to mouthshut I got a call from the company of thieves & my handset got replaced after following it up for weeks.

I told them that I dont want to use this brand as they problems with their handset.

but I was told that they are replacing the handset & if again the same problem will be there they will give the refund.

But then after getting the replacement the story repeats the phone has the same hanging problem I have the pictures of the same also saved with me. the phone is getting heated.

Again after complaining at flipkart they have again rejected my return request even after discussing with customer care executive she told me that we have checked your handset is working fine. but it is not working fine at all.

Flipkart is a company of thieves as they dont have any return policy as they claim & they are just looting the consumers. I am surely gonna take this further to sue thses bunch of thieves as we are not fool to give you our money & then running after you for replacement & all. Its your problem that you are selling faulty products & we have the right to get our money back.

This is just a start I am gonna raise the voice on all platforms to expose Flipkart.
