I bought a DELL laptop battery(Dell Inspiron 13r/14r/15r/17r Series 6 Cell (4400 mAh). I am really dissatisfied with this product. I bought it on Feb'14 and it started heating up within a month.
Flipkart says that the warranty is only for one month with them and 90 days with the service centers.
Customer care wasn't bothered and responded only once. I am still waiting for their revert. Guess this is just one of the hundreds of complaints they get so aren't bothered. Service center is also not helpful. One says that they just handle tablets and not laptop, other says that they don't repair products which are in warranty, another says that the invoice from Flipkart is not correct. Its an absolute circus and God knows if the top management is aware about how things are being handled.
My money has gone down the drain. Will never use Flipkart now and dissuade my friends also.
DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT IS HEATING UP LIKE CRAZY.
