Really disappointed with its product quality. They deliver fake products. I have order an prestige PKSS 1.2L electric kettle on 29th October 2017 and the product was delivered on time on 2nd November. Till delivery their service was nice. After unboxing it, I tested that kettle by boiling water in it and as soon as the water boiled it came out of the kettle even when the water was filled upto to the maximum limit mentioned in the kettle but according to the product page and the box itself it was mentioned that the kettle had so called Keep warm feature which will decrease temperature when the water reaches to its boiling point and keep the liquid warm, but this feature was not working, so I contacted the customer care and requested a replacement ( because return was not allowed) of that kettle, after that they replaced it after 2 days.
This time that function was working,
but still I believe that the product is not original because the box and even the product page has different pic of the same kettle.
Although their customer service is good whereas products are worst.
So, this was my last purchase from flipkart and I am never going to buy anything again from it because flipkart is not trust worthy.
I would prefer Amazon instead of fake flipkart.
