Recent buying through Flipkart.com has been a very frustrating experience for me. I am extremly unhappy the way they handle the customers request. I ordered books on 1st Oct. I got a message that on 22nd this was shipped through blue dart. I got them on 28th, the promised date was 21st OCt. Due to the delay these were useless for me.I will never buy from Flipkart again. I will never recommend this to any of my friends either. I think it is better to buy books from the local book stores in your areas.
I have already launched a complaint on their website, I dont think they will ever take any action.
