Return policies are in very fine prints. It would be wise to restrict your shopping for items that available locally and are not expensive. Many a time the ordered item is not returnable . Even if it is, one may eventually have to give up returning it - and the money has to be written off. Suggest that pay a bit more for large items like cooler, fridge aircon etc at the shops otherwise there is likelihood of not being able to returned at Flipkart.
