I had purchased lenovo laptop for Rs. 21540 and I found the next day prices were down by Rs. 1750(Thanks to dynamic pricing). I could not accept this and cancelled original order # OD204164895318620000 and placed new order OD204175648224710000 on 15-Oct.
I have escalated this multiple times and I have not received refund even after 20 days. I have received refunds within a few days for small value purchases. I know this being a high price item, they are holding refunds. I want the world to know everything is not rosy with flipkart. Please be ready for long delays with refunds if it is a high value purchase.
