Have been a very loyal customer with this site, but since recently, their service is going down like anything, order for two DVD packages, they promise to deliver the same by 15th May, once the order is complete and once they get hold of the money it is a different story.
No proper communication, no updates, when I call customer care, the waiting period is more than 10 minutes, now anyone can say Flipkart is a bad site and service. They charge for one day delivery, but no guarantees, people just fall into their traps.
Please do not shop with Flipkart anymore, it is not what people know it used to be. Putting this experience just to awaken people who think Flipkart is the best online shopping site.
