They help you to sort your issues once you call. I have ordered my mobile phone and seriously I can't belive they delivered within 2 days of the estimated date. Product quality is not bad it's good.App and website is very friendly and easy to use. Also the payment gateway is very secured and reliable. I love to do shop with flipkart.
