Bought a book on Flipkart. the seller failed to deliver. Flipkart failed to inform me of status. when active follow up Flipkart au fait me that the seller is defaulting, and that I should purchase the book from a different vendor. There was a worth distinction for purchasing from a different vendor, therefore I lost out on time and cash. altogether this Flipkart accepted fully no responsibility for my loss of your time and cash within the group action. therefore net to net - if the group action goes through, Flipkart get their commission, if it does not, no skin off their nose. The loss is to the buyer's account.
