I have buyed many products from from flipkart some of them are bad and some of them are fine as shown in the app , It totally depends , from where are you buying the product ? , I mean from which vendor if your vendor is good then your product will be good in every aspects.
I have both good as well bad experience from flipkart service but majority of the products are good , it depends how you choose your product , definitely you guys have do some research on the product before buying , like seeing review of the product from flipkart , seeing customers experience after buying perticular product that you wanna buy.
