Not satisfied with Flipkart service policies. Regarding Order ID OD111340337637854000. Invoice no FAAA9U1800005335. Today I received Dermaware shapeware of small size not fitting me. I requested replacement with Medium size. The customer help desk replied that they cannot help me. They show rules which were never displayed during placing orders. My Money wasted! Also they removed product rating and review option. Made it difficult so that buyers vant review.But my trust from Flipkart as an customer centric brand has been replaced by feeling of getting cheated and adamant anti-customer business policies. Will never buy from Flipkart henceforth. Will also caution my family, social circle, my MBA students and all friends about such fleecing and embezzlement by Brand Flipkart. Cancelled all other pending orders placed. A bad learning and a case study on disadvantages of online purchases. Good bye.
