I purchased the Office 365 Home Premium from Flipkart.com on 14th Nov 2013. They promised that there will be a free gift of Nokia Usb charger along with the offer. When I received the consignment I was delighted on 17th Nov 2013. But I realized that the free gift that was promised was not delivered.
I called up the customer care service to check the same say between 22 - 25 th Nov 2013. The customer care representative confirmed that the free gift was not dispatched along with the material and that the same would be dispatched later. I waited for long and after almost 40 days I further wrote a mail to them to inquire about the free gift offered.
The mails were not replied. I further forwarded the mails again and again. Finally the customer care came with an explanation that I need to register for the same and they send me the link for the same on 06th Jan 2014. I tried registering for the same, but the link says that the offer has expired. I contacted Flipkart for the solution. They say that they cannot do anything on this as the offer was made by the brand and hence its not their liability.
Hence I got cheated by the Team Flipkart.
Beware free gift mentioned in the listing mentioned in Flipkart, you may end up getting cheated like me.
