I had bought a mobile in flipkart, none of the basic function are working and I raised refund/replacement request done.
Next day, got call customer care said we r send technician to check your mobile is working ir not when I checked it in online his visit expected within a week and said sir that is software issue so we can do nothing and he went.
When I called customer care they told they have listed my issue as software issue and I asked how is possible microphone issue is software issue they did not back answer about my questions and I asked connect me to supervisor waited half an hour they told me your call can't connect to supervisor.
I wrote email to supervisor but no email return, no support, not ready to share email.
One thing I understood after taking to people is that they are connected with fake seller they deliver fault product, if you have enough money and want to waste your time you can purchase from flipkart.
It may take weeks/months/years noboday can promise even the customer support person came to you for resolve your problems.
