Flipkart in a some way brought revolution in the field of e-commerce, but I must say I am not very much satisfied with the service of the flipkart especially in the remote areas, I cant comment on its services in the big cities as I dnt know much about its service in big cities, being located in small place most of the times when I try to purchase any product message comes out seller doesnt deliver item to your pin code, and for the items which they deliver here they take minimum of 2 weeks and sometimes it happens that the product never arrives and the refund comes after 1 month, this in a way is very frustrating, I have recently ordered a pen drive and its been 3 weeks till date it has not arrived.
