I had been using Flipkart for over a year since its launch. So far I would have ordered atleast 100+ items(mainly books, electronics) in past 12 months time.
Seems like slowly over recent times the Quality of Flipkart's service is degrading. Not sure that due to popularity they started crappy service!
Recently I ordered a Prestige VS Juicer Mixer Grinder(for Rs.3415). But Flipkart delivered the version without Juicer(Rs.2574) after 8 days. I followed them, and asked for replacement. The delivery happened. When I opened the package, it was again the wrong version without Juicer(Rs.2574). Seems like intentional cheating. I followed with them . after several days the item got picked. and days are going. but money is not yet refunded back to my credit card.
My colleage ordered Samsung-Gingerbread Android phone over Flipkart. Gallery is not working, Maps app crashes everytime and its a crap. now going to return the item
Guys, please walk into the nearby showroom and buy few hundreds extra and get the items - MOBILE, COMPUTERS, ELECTRONICS. Its a pain to shop, get wrong product and chase for refund.
For Books: Yes, I suggest Flipkart.
For other items: No!
