Customer service perfect, best for exchanges. Review on Flipkart

I am using this e-shopping website since last four to five years. In starting it was just OK, but if you see this website in today's scenario it's is in top competitors. I start using this website because of my laziness and lack of choices in market, if I frankly say. My order list is so big like shirts, shoes, trousers, home appliances, books etc.

The best aspects about this website is that you can rely on it's service and some of the sellers like WS Retail etc. blindly. It's exchange and return facility I like the most because if you want to exchange some of the product, they will exchange it hand to hand at the same time you return your product.

I would not say worst but there are some aspects which needs some improvement from the owners. There are so many places where they don't provide service or delivery. Although they provide genuine products but not best price in market. In comparison of price tag they are far behind some other competitors.

If I just put price tag on side for some products, my experience is good. I like some of it's sellers, they are just awesome. But as we all know nowadays it's all about price and discounts when customer go for e-shop, so new customers might lose their interest because of their price tag.
