Most unprofessional and pathetic customer service company, not sure how they are runing the business.
Ordered a laptop on 15th August with delivery promised on 16th August. Today is 21 August and still there is no clarity on when the product will be delivered.
The customer service doesn’t have any access to logistics hubs contacts to confirm, not sure why they are seating and warming the seats. Asked for some senior manager number to escalate even there too they didn’t have any contact details.
Never faced such issues with Amazon.
Don’t order anything from here.
