Customer service is good. They will inform the details of the product and where it is travelling now.
From my experiance I got a qood quality product.so no issues in that.
The delivery time depends on the area, if it is a urban area the product delivered within 2 to 3 days, if it is rural area it takes 5 to 7 days to deliver.
Flipkart has a seperate app it is very useful.and the website has many ads and offers for their regular customers. Many ads about the offers will receive for our mails.
Reliability is good. I recommend this website. I am satisfied with this online shopping.
