I have been shopping at flipkart for quite sometime now! They are really good with the delivery and time take as well. I had an issue only once, when I bought a camera.
It was nikon camera but the cable was that of kodak! I reported the issue and it was immediately replaced by a nikon one. Also, once I had bought a blender and it malfunctioned in 1st use itself so I contacted flipkart. They replaced it with a new one which is working perfectly fine for me as well.
I really like the site and their customer service is also v prompt. I would definitely recommend it to al. With electronics, sometime the delivery is not OK..but flipkart is quick to acknowledge and correct it..so I think that works out fine. :)
