Hey guys, today I am gonna share my experience with this big online platform which I used earlier and people use this site daily and are happy too but for me this site is little bit on a opposite site, as I have ordered a pair of shoe from flipkart which are quiet expensive which I bought for myself from my money and they are very important for me as I paid for them . But when they came to my place, the shoe were defected and used, as flipkart send me defected piece when I called customer care service, they started ignoring me and told me that we can't do this kind of stuff . I have no proof because I didn't make the unboxing video, that's my biggest mistake .
Customer Service: very ordinary or I would say below average, as they are not people friendly.
Product Quality: as I have told you already that the product is defected .
Delivery timeliness: delivery time is also not that much fast as other sites do.
App & Websites: app and sites are well mannered and easy to use for everyone, and there are many shortcuts for all type of stuffs .
Reliability: not at all reliable as I am not gonna buy something from flipkart and strictly not recommended.
