Flipkart is in the buisness of online delivery system since 2007. I have used flipkart to order many things, specially books and electronics products like headphones and mobiles. almost most of the big branded products are available through flipkart. but there uncertainty about the delivery.
They sometimes deliver wrong products. they often cross deadlines of time. they have a return policy of new purchased goods, but it is not so good. customer service is not upto the mark
