As I was a new online shopper, I had a great experience of shopping through flipkart.com. First of all it has a wonderful website very user friendly and easy to understand and shop. I have purchased a new mobile phone few months back and found all the information and comparison of the product on the same site, there was a delay in delivery of my phone so they have given me 200 rupees in my flipkart account. It has lots of offers in deferent festivals. I like its category options which makes very easy to select the right product I want.
I can pay with so many options it has like through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card and the best part is that which I always use is Cash on delivery option. It has good customer care service and nice packaging also.
