I brought a honor power bank with dbs bank offer and they mentioned use bds debit card rs250 cashback will be available( they didn't mention particular card). I waited 10 days and I called customer care and they are saying know its fault from our side given list of elligible debit bank cards, your card not there in the list. Then I said its your fault then give cash back or take back the product they said time up, we can't do anything. Worst service they are cheating customers dont belive them
