I placed an order with flipkart OD304713613615074000, for a 1000w product. stated on their website with delivery in 5-7 days.
flipkart shipped me was a 650w sub standard product, when I asked for replacement it was taken.again I got another sub standard product. this kept on going for 4 times. Everytime I spoke to customer care and they insisted that they would resolve it .fifth time I received a second hand product, seems flipkart in tie up with olx. Sixth time I received an empty box with no product in it.
So after spending more than one month, they are now offering me refund.After wasting whole one month flipkart want me to take refund for their incapability to deliver a product and the order commitment
