The best experience I have with flipkart in terms of electronic products. Because I never puchased everything else from flipkart. I bought several electronics items from flipkart and they all are genuine. One of the best experience with flipkart when I bought bought a computer cpu. The product was tip top. I bought it in emi's the system is very flexible.
Customer support is very nice. I received my repies within 24 hours.
But one thing I mention which really hurts me is that their delivery period, they mention you receive your product in 4 days or 6 days but they are 90 percent late. They took more 3 to 4 days to deliver it to me. In my whole experience with flipkart I only received once my product before 2 days of there mentioning date, when I purchased my computer cpu. And that time I really amazed I mean how can they do it.
Overall, good things take time. Improve your delivery system and you are the number one.
