Best in servicing but charges more. Review on Flipkart

For me I know Flipkart more for its superb service whether it is for delivery or return or refund policy than its products range. In all of these it is simply best among all other e-commerce companies.

It has the option of cash on delivery for more number of cities and towns than amazon, jabong etc. It has great customer care service.

But a true fact is that it marks its products prices a little above than the same product on other website for ex. Amazon. I have seen that in many cases the marked price of a product is much above its actual marked price in even retail shops. over this marked price it offers huge discounts to attract its customers but the discounted price is also more when compared to Amazon. I think this extra price is compromised in its servicing facility. You can easily return a product if not liked and claim your refund.
