As the title suggests you might have come to know about this review. Yes, they Flip from there policy and delivers products late and incomplete products. If you buy multiple things, only half will be delivered at 40% of the time. They have a very nice site and they have maintained it very well. It is a user-friendly site and if you have a nice network connection then the site will respond to you very quickly. Customer service is not at all good and they give tons of reason for exchanging the product. Product quality is good if its original but 50% of the time they deliver a duplicate product. the delivery time is given to us but it is usually delayed by one or two days. Delivery timeliness is not followed. App and websites are the best functioning. Not at all reliable.
