Hello friends. I shopped more than 15 products from flipkart and faced few troubles which I would like to share now.
Though flipkart is named for world's best online site but out of 15 products I have received 8 defective products because of price discounts I was forced to buy products in flipkart, keeping trust on it but finally got bad experience with this site.
Among all products I would like share about my experiece with moto g2 which I bought in flipkart
They promised me to deliver product in 2 days but I received after 5 days and there are some scraches on that phone and I thought it came by default and after using phone for 5 days I faced few troubles with phone and then I called flipkart but they asked me to visit moto service center I claimed for 10 days return policy but they rejected my claim and told that they won't return electronic goods
So friends if you are thinking to buy expense products its better to go for other online markets.
