I have ordered some jewellery sets for my sister, All the jewellery was broken and looked very old like someone has been wearing them.I email them to complaint but they never got back to me.
I found there number on internet and called them but they refused to replace the item or give any refund because I have the item for 9 days and their returning policy requires all the refunds within 7 days.
This is very irritating. I will never shop again from this cheap website. Really bad experience. I received defective pieces. The product is worst, waste of money.
