I have placed an order on http://www.flipka.om( OD105754963624766000) before placing order and even after placing I called customer care to make sure that the order can be delivered on given address and they confirm me that they are able to deliver on given address. after 4 days the told me that they care not able to deliver the product on given address and told me to cancel the order .
Ithen canceled the order. then I called then after 6th day ( today) to know the status ofrefund then they told me that the haven’t received the product in there store hence the refund can’t be processed, then I asked them when they will receive the product from there store to there store . they told me they don; t have any update on that.End of the story is I Lost my money and not received the product.
