I orderd a Keychain 5 to 6 days ago and ????I received it in 2 pieces .

I called customer service immediately they said we can give you replacement . I trusted them on this .
Today the delivery executive came and examine that little keychain for literaly half & hour?????? and said ok here is your replacement order and handed me a packet . I started to open the packet and saw ??
They again send me that keychain in 2 pieces like what the hell these guys have no shame of what they are doing ??????foooling customers by giving fake Replacement ????????????

Before I tell the delivery executive that this product he also damaged
????????He run away????
So I called him on his number to come and takeaway this right away
He picked up and said??????
Now call customer care and ask for refunddd
Now. They are not receiving my call??????????????????
