Flipkart makes me so much trouble .the problem is I recieved 2 damaged products on my first shopping through flipkart.


I ordered redmi 3s which comes particularly on all wednesdays 12: 00 pm.it was quite difficult to get it.and they delivered and I received item within 4 days the delivery was so fast.


Here comes the troubles when I open the pack the tray stick which is used to open sim tray was missing.at the time I mailed them for this issue


After 30min I recieved an email from flipkart with their apologise and also they give me an free 150rs coupen. After 2 hours I recieved a call and he suggest me to use coupen on any remaining products on that phone such as screen guard, phone cover etc.


Here comes the next trouble I accept their suggestion and I ordered a screenguard which costs 250rs but for me it was 100rs for the benefit of that coupen. And it was showing 8 days left to reach . I can't accept that on a small screen guard they are taking long duration period.but I have no other ways I ordered and wait for the product.


After 8 days no 9 days I recieved the screenguard after getting the product I went straight to the mobie shop for setup screen on my phone. Here comes the next trouble the screen guard was fitted withing two thermocol . when shop boy opens that the screen guard appears to be broken.


Again I need to submit a query against this second issue . also the customer service was so fast they said that they are ready to exchange.and also it will take 10 more days to come. Next one comes after 10 days. I cannot reach on the delivery day due to some exam issues . so he said that he can return product next day at 10: 00 pm. When the next day I recieved a message from flipkart that my item has been returned for some issues.


I call them and explained the full bull bad stories happened to me. At last they give me purchased money of 100 rs. And refund the free coupen for countinous purchase .


But I decide not to purchase again in flipkart after this bad experience .i need to purchase screenguard from outside market after that.


So guys the flipkart customer service is good. I don't know this types of insident happened only ti me. Or it may be my unlucky.so in my opinion they are not reliable and delivery was so slow .
