On the 10th sep 2022 I received a parcel from flipkart orderID OD125899210454751000 cash on delivery. It was a pink t shirt which I didn't place an order for. So one of my family members paid and took the parcel. When I called flipkart and told them this was not my order and to cancel it and refund my money, the customer service representative names Sagar told me that since you paid for it we need to keep it and can't be returned. How can they be so stupid and talk like that. That's order is not even in my cart. Never ever will I shop again on flipkart.
