I had been a customer of Flipkart for a long time, getting books, babystuff and other things for over a year.
However the last purchase that I have placed has shaken my confidence in their customer support. One email stating that my product will be delayed.
After that I call customer support, in the middle of her finding out what she is going to do about it, she conveniently cut the call. I have sent 2 emails for which no response is coming up.
