I en a regular customer of flipkart since the last one year. Earlier I was very happy with their services but now they have deteriorated.
I recently booked a pair of flip flops & a hand blender of a well known brand. They sent me the wrong size of flip flops & blender was of very poor quality.
Packaging - Packaging is good by flipkart.
Delivery - speed is average. They give a very long estimated delivery time so the product reaches on time, but can give faster delivery.
Quality - Quality of both products was not good. And definitely not worth the price charged.
Customer support - Customer support is also average, they don't bother to reply on time. Sometimes they are good also but when u need them to reply promptly, u are disappointed.
Returns - Thankfully, returns are easy on flipkart. Although I do not like the whole process of first buying then returning. Would be better if they concentrate on providing better services than customer returns processing.
Website interface was previously better, now most of the pages are just killed and they show up a flat tyre. Should not happen with such a giant company.
