Flipkart is the bad online shopping store.
Customer service is very poor because I bought an earpbone which has 10 days replacement, but they refused to take that for a replacement.
It takes around 8-9 days ro deliver the product at home.
Some of the products also does not have COD option available, so if somebody does not have credit/debit card then what would they do.
Application is quite good but some things should be explained more.
Reliability is not also good because I have ordered green shoes but they sent me the brown one.
