I booked a Flipkart wardrobe on 10th October 2018. This was carrying one year guarantee.
The first piece delivered found fauilty. Replacement sent on 1st November 2018. It was installed on3rd November 2018. They had mentioned termite proof material. But within six months green colour fungus started coming out. At the same time the shelves started changing it's shape unable to bare weight of clothes stored on it. Now since August 2019 I have started complaining. They started responding after November. Called and informed me that it will not be replaced but taken back and refund will be issued. Email was Sent of confirming the same. But Flipkart confirms and their business partners Jeeves are playing tricks and avoiding the same. This is happening since last ten days regularly every day both are harrasing me by making different statements and not doing the action promised to me.
