Flipkart.com is good online shoping site. Flipkart is not providing good services. It has happened twice in last 2 months that they have delivered a different product that what was ordered. All in my family have lost faith on Flipkart. In fact they all have lost faith in online purchase now.
Why should I get a different product after waiting for a week for my chosen product? and after that they are saying that they provide facility to return. Why should I do all these stuffs with my each purchase. I think flipkart is not only loosing its business, but hampering the growth of online business in India. Thank you
