Flipkart is not providing good services. It has happened twice in last night that they have delivered a different product that what was ordered. All my family have lost faith on flipkart. In fact they all have lost faith in online purchase now. Why should I get a different product after waiting for a week for my choosen product? And after that they are saying that they provide facility to return.
Why should I do all these stuff with my each purchase. I think flipkart is not only loosing its bussiness, but they hampering the growth of online bussiness in india. I would like to suggest if they are not interested in doing this bussiness, they should close their shutters.
