The company as a policy cheats it's customers by one way or other. I was cheated not once but twice blatantly by the company.
My request to all don't buy anything from Flipkart and don't buy any Micromax products from anywhere. called Flipkart and asked about the delay of my order they said it's out of delivery area so you have to order it fresh again. I mean they didn't even notified it before and the service experts cannot even handle the situation. Why have these people been hired for if they can't handle the situation. I then had to call the courier service for the reason of the delay and then they assured that there was a problem so they couldn't and they will deliver it by next day. These Flipkart people have no contact with the courier department and they say anything rather than knowing the exact reason. This is the worst site I have experienced with. Only 3 words for Flipkart - Go To Hell
