Shame on you - flipkart. Buyer beware!! Flipkart lies about return policy and deleted my review as well.. Height of dishonesty. Wow!!!
Flipkart deleted my review saying that it is about service only... Actually, it is about the product itself --- a non - functional product, which when delivered, won't be returned-- either by flipkart or tp-link.
I bought a tp-link tl-wr740n 150mbps wireless n router from flipkart, which, to my surprise, won't work with adsl connections like mtnl & bsnl.
Wastage of 999 rs.
Homeshop18 clearly mentions that this router won't work with adsl connections like mtnl & bsnl.
This thing needs an additional connection to a modem/router.
It doesn't work with adsl connections like airtel/mtnl.
It's only a wireless extension to the already existing modem you might have.
I called flipkart and spoke to their supervisor. They were very rude.. And were not willing to take back the product under any circumstance.
Telling me about policies and all.
The floor supervisor "ram mohan" and the support agent "runa" were were rude to me.
I'll never buy from flipkart again.
Flipkart support just play with words and does not cooperate
Look elsewhere, never block your money on flipkart.
Flipkart just lies about its good return policies.
What a waste!!!!!!
