I recently gone digital and wanted to shop from Flipkart since I heard its name a lot. My experience has been very bad with them. Firstly I don't think they actually display and market the product as it is. They fake in their pic and description about the product.I recently bought a Wrist watch from them and within two months all its strap got bad. It was a stainless steel watch and it lost all its shine and got rough. I complained the same to their customer care but no one game me any positive response. They told me that they cannot do anything about the strap since its not under any warranty. Neither they replaced my product nor they gave any proper respectful reply. I am very disappointed with their service. I don't recommend anyone to buy from them.
