I ordered Samsung phone flip cover on 15 August, 2014. Order ID: OD40815076844
Product: CaseCart Flip Cover for Samsung Galaxy Grand 2(Black) The seller sent a different item than the item shown on the website. I lodged the complaint on 17 August, 2014, the same day( within half an hour) when the item was delivered to me . The flipkart customer care asked for details of order on 18th August, which they should have been aware of. However, I sent the details on 18th August( same day).
I did not hear anything from Flipkart Customer Care for many days. After few days, I sent reminder. There were only automated response and no real response. Then, I lodged another complaint. This time, there was a quick response from Flipkart that issue has been resolved in favour of seller because you have lodged request for return after 10 days. The flipkart customer care is only bothered about interest of Sellers and not the Customers.
I sent many emails explaining the situation that I have sent complaint same day and they should resolve issue. They decided to completely ignore my emails. The worst experience with customer care support team of Flipkart. After writing on mouth shut.com, they started communicating with me. Flipkart now came out with excuse that the product is out of stock. Even after pursuing for more than a month I could not get the Product which I ordered.
