I had ordered flowers for my Mother's birthday. The flowers delivered were from a few days ago as they looked tired and were not fresh at all.


Feel cheated. Just because I couldn't not see the flowers myself before making the purchase, Flaberry thought that they could palm off old flowers which no one would have bought from the shop.


I have asked for a refund but I am quite confident that Flaberry will try and wriggle out of this and might even try to pin the blame on me that it was my mistake and that flowers were fresh when delivered.


Online flower delivery is such a money making opportunity for such merchants. Pass on older flowers which no one has bought the previous day because the customers who have bought them online cant see the before buying.


Absolutely appalling. Avoid at all costs.
