For the first time ever, I went with an unknown company instead of Ferns n Petals and they conveniently ruined my valentine's. I had ordered a bouquet and a card for which they guaranteed delivery the same day. However, even after 24 hrs, the order is still under processing.
What's amazing is that their customer care line's option of "speaking to an agent" refers you back to their site. Their atrocious customer service only supports online chat(on which no one ever responds) and SMS. Wish I had known about this earlier.
They are total frauds and I'm about to submit a credit card dispute.
