Its one of my career's biggest mistake to be part of such a unskilled and unprofessional company. Extremely poor and unprofessional senior management.
If you have no skills, you are safe as in that case they can ride you. Competitive people cant be managed here. This company will give you all comfort of coming to office and leaving at whatever time you wish. Senior management treats you as slaves but keeps blabbering that FIS is a great place to work which it never is. If you don't ask for transparency, you are good but if you do, either you will be fired or will be forced to leave. Only sycophant can survive and they are doing well. If you want to stay there, don't ever show disagreement to Senior managers there in any stupid talk they say.
Entire work environment is disturbed because of politics spreading right from Senior management.
