Firstsource is primarily a BPO in mumbai and had been in the market for long with very less compensation and decent benefits. The company has very laid back approach in terms of increment and career growth. The work environment is okay with cluttered cafeteria and no gaming zone. Firstsource has still managed to hold on to some prominent clients leading to the business still kicking. From the time, the company is taken over Goenka group, it is doing well. A beginner to start his career in BPO, FS is the good place however you may to look at exploring other options.
