I have worked with the company for a very short duration of time I e for 3 months only as the company is big in name and I have joined it for the same but very soon I realized that its not a place to build your carrier, as the salary is the lowest in industry with no job security, they have a very high exception form their employees in terms of target and giving very low salary accordingly
I felt that their is no carrier growth, working environment is also not good enough to fell relax according to pressure
A ordinary ceo with a vision of taking more work and giving less salary, the company needs to improve a lot to develop HR, and its operations
